BOTD–Makeupgeek Eyeshadow

Hello you makeupgeeks! hehe. That’s Marlena’s line and yes, I kind of like her saying like that. Well, some people do not like the GEEK word but hell yeah who cares. :)

Well, I first know about Makeupeek while I was browsing through makeup gurus inside YouTube. My first makeup guru was Michelle Phan and I have no idea that she’s actually a very famous makeup guru in YouTube world. Secondly I found out about StyleSuzi and then it grows from there. So one of my favorite makeup guru in YouTube is Marlena or makeupgeek.

I watched her videos, she always did this bright colors eye makeups and some of them was actually quite pretty! And then I found our about her makeupgeek store online. At first, earlier this year, I only bought her brushes because it was kind of cheap compared to MAC and Sigma and others. I did a review on that in my blog. So this time, I bought her eyeshadows after seeing so many reviews and raves. I did found her makeup lines quite interesting. Her eyeshadows basically is very pigmented! And they said that it can be compared to MAC eyeshadows. I seriously can’t afford MAC eyeshadow at the first place, be it in pan forms or compacts. It is seriously expensive. But Makeupgeek’s eyeshadow is perfectly cheap for me, only $5.99 per refill / pan eyeshadow and $7.99 for compact ones. I only purchased the refill pack as it is cheap and easy to store and it shipped at the cost of $4.99, the cheapest ones!

So, I want to stop telling stories and let the pictures do the talking now.

Mcdonalds online order?

Siapa kata nak order mekdi skarang susah? Tak payah nak calling calling lagi dah. Now derang dah upgrade skit, dah buat online order. Alah, macam nak order kat Dominos pizza tu. But I think it is still in beta phase. Still testing testing lagi. So I pun testing testing la system dia. Hehe.

Baru kejap tadi, saya order GCB guna system baru mcD ni. Okay la, siap ada tracking lagi kononnya la. Tak tau la keberkesanan tracking system derang ni. Even Dominos Pizza pun aku tak berapa nak percaya sangat. :)

So, apa kata korang try tgk, kena register la macam biasa, then activatekan account korang and then start order! :)

Amacam? Ada suka? Perut dah lapar ni. Tak sabar nak omnom GCB ku! yay! :)

BOTD–Sleek Limited Edition I Divine

I am very excited today! The makeup items that I have ordered last week on my birthday has now arrived! Love it! This is my first Sleek makeup that I own. Never bought any makeup from Sleek before.

First, the shipping was superbly fast! And reliable as well. I mean, I ordered on the 6th, I got the shipping information on the 8th and a week later, it arrives. So glad that I ordered it on my birthday as I can use it now for the Eid this Sunday! :)

At first, I decided to purchase these makeups because it was a limited edition. Second of all, it is because they sell it in a set form which the set includes an eyeshadow, blush and pout polish. All these costs me $19.99 only (not including shipping, of course). But the shipping is not that expensive either. It was affordable.

The name of the eyeshadow is hella unique! Most of the names were taken from the Underground stations such as Picadilly, Central, Bakerloo and more! This is such a fun eyeshadow palette! Afterall, it is actually a limited edition set because of the Olympics that happened in London a week ago.

My birthday celebration!

Hello all! As some of you might know, I just recently turned 26 years old! haha. Yeah. I am old. sigh. I feel old! 26 years of life? Seriously? I feel like I am now 30 years old old. HEHE. Well, it’s okay, age is just a number to let us know that we are becoming more mature each and every year. :) Nothing more than that. ;)

Well, my birthday falls on last Monday. Which was the 6th of August. I had my first surprise birthday song singing to me and I do not know how to react. Yes. It was my first. haha. Only when I was 26 years old, I got the surprise birthday singing song. Then, since it is still a fasting month, so the cupcakes that Irfan bought for me, was being split into several containers and divided into each containers. :)

Then, after work, we got our self to The Curve, wandering around while waiting for berbuka (iftar) at Marche. It was a simple but yet nice birthday for me. I just want something simple. Not way too extravaganza or big party. Just some simple laid back celebration was just nice.

So I would like to thank Irfan for doing everything to make me happy on that day. :)

August baybeh!

Hello August! Wow, it’s been 8 months since the new year’s eve this year. Happened so damn fast! Dah nak raya dah pun in 3 weeks time! Can’t believe how fast time goes and flies. And this year, so many people that I know is now either pregnant or already have a baby.

I still can freshly remember what I did on last year’s august month. I am actually looking for a bakery who can do a Plant VS Zombies cake for Irfan’s birthday cake, which his birthday is actually in November, 3 months away. HAHA. I have been planning, contacting and sketching the cake silently without his knowing. :)

I am a girl. That is what I do. Secretly planning a small party for my love ones. Surprise them with things that they want because I know people love surprises rather than just normal thing.
