• I really wanted to meet new friends and be friends with all the youtubers, bloggers, social media peeps out there. That they were all girls so my boyfriend wont need to be jealous of them. hehe :)
• I miss being “manied” and “padied”. I cannot remember when is the last time I went for a pedicure! I mean, I do have nice nails but it does not mean that they did not want to be pampered once in a while. I love feeling like a queen for a second, with my other queen friends! hehe

Fashion Week: Fall 2013

     There were definitely three main trends that stood out in almost every designers collection throughout this past fashion week. Stripes, Bare midriffs, and leather. All of which I am now in love. These are just a few of my favorite designs from some amazingly talented designers.

Midriff:

This gorgeous number from Jonathan Saunders was definitely a favorite of mine. The skirt is so to die for! and the bandeau with the jacket is genius.

Sorry. I haven’t been this openly saying that I adore a man so much since I have a boyfriend. But, I have a huge crush on this guy. It’s not about the look that much. It’s the acting and charisma that he has. It’s been like what? I cannot remember the last time that I really do have a celebrity crush. I think it was way back in my Westlife / Boyzone years, 2001 or something like that. I do have a file, full with Boyzone magazine cut outs and things that you cannot even imagine. :)

So do I need to have a full file of Cumberbatch pictures and magazines and such? I don’t think so. Nowadays I can have him on my bedside every night. LOL. I am just kidding. I have my handphone on my side every night and somewhere somehow he’s in the internet, in my phone. Literally, he’s on my side every day, virtually.

I am new to this guy but his charisma can actually melt my eyes away. Seeing him perform on stage or cinema or even television is like seeing someone with intelligence performing. Not because he’s acting as Sherlock, I think he is one brilliant British actor. Hopefully I could meet with him someday in the future. Hopefully. Have you ever seen any of his interview session on YouTube? If not, you should watch some. He has this intelligence in answering questions, he’s very polite, very humble and nice. I have never seen any actor that have the behavior such as him. I bet it is because he’s British. Humble & nice. :) Watch one, below. You can see how Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto was just playing around with this guy but Benedict and Zoe was the truest ones.

My Thai Airways experience

Hello all, in this blog entry I shall express what my experience was boarding Thai Airways. I have always been in LOVE with Emirates Airlines and always been so skeptical when it comes to other airlines *sorry*. So, when my dad says that we are boarding Thai Airways, I instantly search for everything that I could from Thai Airways. Yes, I love doing research before I do something. I also did some research on Chiang Mai as well. Haha. Well, I cannot go without being prepared. I thank DiGi and it’s data roaming that could make me still connected to the net while not in Malaysia.

Going back to the Thai Airways topic. I watch every videos that they have on YouTube, or at least a video about them on YouTube. How the plane looks like, how’s the cabin crew looks like, what do they serve and all of that stuff. Yes. Up to that level. As usual when boarded onto the airline, they will greet you with Sawadeekrap and they will only speak Thai, which can be quite unease for me as they do have a lot of other nationalities boarded the airlines as well. I can just compare to Malaysian Airlines or even Air Asia. They will only speak in English and if the person is Malay, they will still try to converse in English. So that’s one thing that I notice. They were proud of their mother tongue language. The best part is their safety announcements were both in Thai and English. I always encounter Malaysia Airlines (MAS) safety announcements and most of them were in Malay; so this is kinda weird for me.

They call their service a ‘Royal Orchid Service’ which I am not quite sure what type of royal service to they provide. I mean, their cabin crews (woman mainly) did not smile to the passengers, did not even have a tiny bit of makeup on and just speaks in Thai all-the-time. Maybe a royal service to the Thais? But not all of them were not good. My experience from Chiang Mai to Bangkok, we boarded 737-400 airplane (which looks exactly like MAS 737-400) the cabin crew were simply good. They smile, they talk very very polite. This is the Royal Orchid Service that I am looking for.

The other thing that you have to consider while purchasing the ticket is the on board foods. If you are a Muslim like me, you have to select Moslem food inside their system. Otherwise, they will give you the non-halal foods that contains pork and what not and you’ll starve the whole flight. They don’t have any extra halal foods so you better remember to select it while you are purchasing the tickets. I have my Moslem foods selected so I am pretty happy with it although they served lamb curry with rice and vegetables. Thai Airlines is also an airline that has non stop food-drinks counter. From one food tray to another drink coffee,tea and then another cold/warm water to wine..It’s like food galore in there! They were so generous! Oh yes, the best thing is even for 1 hour flight from Chiang Mai to Bangkok, they do serve snacks and drinks and coffee and tea! Wow! Take that Malaysia Airlines! Why can’t you be like them too? :P

When on board, my crucial moments would be turbulence, take off and of course landing. It’s like I have been traumatized by my Frankfurt trip back in 2010 (boarded Emirates Airlines at that time), whereby the pilot tried to land even on windy environment and the airplane just drifted a little bit on the tarmac / runaway and I feel like hell at that time. Second most terrifying airline ever is at Penang airport during raya last year. OMG. That was just ridiculous! The pilot even can’t land (MAS pilot) and had to delay the time for about 3 hours! Thank God MAS staff did snack us some McDonalds. :) Even if the pilot can land, the take off was just way too scary. It was so bumpy, turbulence and it feels like dying already. But I tell you guys, before this I salute AirAsia’s pilot for having the best landing but this time I have to give it to Thai Airways. The landing is so superb, you only feel a glitch of bumpiness and that’s all. I would say 85% smooth. I salute you now Thai Airways. But still, for crazy landing the award goes to Emirates.

So, that’s my experience with Thai Airways. If you are looking forward to board Thai Airways, do try and do not be skeptical like me. :)

Gigabyte Power Bank 6600 mAh

Hello all! Today I just want to update my experience using this Gigabyte power bank. I was looking for a power bank last Friday as I am going to Chiang Mai this Thursday – Saturday and I need this power source to source more battery life to my iphone, camera, ipad and blackberry. So, I guess power bank could help. :)

Me and Irfan went to the All IT shop at Ikano and I was searching for the best offer that they could give me. I don’t really do research on this power bank (could be my first time buying expensive product without doing any research!) thing. I just saw that everybody was also having their own power bank, so now I need one as well. When I was there, I can see that at least 10 companies are doing power bank, Gigabyte, Phillips, Yoobao and more! I had my eye on this one pink and sleek power bank. It costs more than RM100 and the miliamp hour (mAh) is much lesser than this one. It was indeed, a pretty little power bank. Which weigh less than this but all of that is just an additional RM? Well, if I think unwisely, I would just grab that pretty one instead but since I still can think, I took this one instead.

So far, I can charge almost any gadgets that I am currently using, Blackberry,iPhone,camera,iPad. But the longevity, I have no idea yet. We’ll just have to see. I can see that if I charged my iPhone, it sucks up way too much battery so the remaining of the power in the power bank is lessen even quickly. I hope that this little thing (it is quite heavy actually, and bulky as well) could safe my life.

I am still alive

Hello people,

I am still alive. Yes. I have been actively “Facebooking” in my personal account and also twitting for the past 4 days. It’s the GE13 heat. I must take part right? Haha. Well, I have slow it down a little bit now. Not that because people call me ‘Sampah’ (rubbish) because she thinks that I am the extremist  supporter of this one party but nah, I am just thinking rationally. I do still have my brain intact inside my skull. To that person who called me ‘Sampah’ and then deleted that status of yours, thank you so much. I did not realize this until that day, that you are the most uneducated person that I have ever met (well we only met once during your wedding day). I don’t really care anyway if you wanted to delete me on Facebook. Such a GREAT attitude of yours. Thank you again. Now I know who you are, what is your education level at, what is your thinking ability level at and what is your past personal life at. He told me everything, he opened up to me everything on what you did to him. So, I basically know everything about your past and from there, I can judge you I guess. Since you judged me by only my posting status on my Facebook. I am being slow on Facebook because I cannot sleep on one day, thinking about how to solve this madness issue. Although I am not the Prime Minister of Malaysia nor that I have involvements in any political parties in Malaysia, I still think that some rational rakyat can still think and judge on what is happening. And I call upon these rakyats to come and help the nation to be better again. So, yes I cannot sleep on one of the 4 days. I think it was on Tuesday/Wednesday night. At first, I had this Kopi Tenum at Rasta TTDI. Maybe that was one of the reasons too, I guess. Too much caffeine. Haha.

So yes people, I am still alive. Healthy as ever (Alhamdulillah). I am now slowing down on Facebook but still ranting on Twitter ya. :P Facebook has this negativity elements from both sides. But as far as I am concern, I am always on the side who are not afraid of saying and portraying the truth. Which side is that, I think you might know. Not only the truth in GE13, the truth in every aspect of GE13. To those who can think logically and positively, I am with you. One thing, I do not think that we are having any racial issue. We still can think rationally. It’s the one who said that are having one I guess. When I say like this, people would jump to a conclusion that I am not protecting the Malays. You are totally wrong. I do protect my right as a Malay but not in a racist type of movements. Sorry, that’s just not my type.

Well, happy Thursday everybody. Stay alive, stay healthy, stay positive.

I am happy to have the voting place at my Ex high school. I miss this school so much. It’s been 10 years, SMKM. 10 years. So many has changed. One that I noticed is that the pricing and menu list there, the girls changing room for PJKs and no more sinks at the back of the canteen? Haha. Well, anyway, I am a proud Malaysian. Like our Prime Minister said, we are One Malaysia. ;)
