I have featured this foundation in my previous post which is the Product Testing post. Yes, it is still under testing mode so please just bare with me a little while. I just need sometime to adjust my skin to a foundation application. My skin is not so used to foundation so I need some time to adjust a little bit.
I purchased this foundation because everybody has been raving about it since few months ago. I mean, since I am not a huge fan of foundation and especially this one before (as it has way to many shades and I need to swatch few shades to get my skintone shade, I am way to lazy like that! haha) but since I think it is time for me to test one, I might as well purchase it as Watsons was having a sale at that time.
I bought mine in the Nude Beige N4 shade as I think this is the perfect shade for me. It may look a little dark in the bottle but once applied, it did matches my skin very very well! I mean, I am not fair after all ey? Still have that Malay dark tanned skin color. Hehe. :P But seriously, this color do match my true skin! No wonder it is being called True Match! :)
BLENDING TEST!!!
1. I pumped a little bit of the foundation onto my hands. I love that it has a pump applicator. Very very very easy to control kind of pump. Some pumps can be quite hard to control and can only pumped every one pump and it would let out so many products. But this pump is one of the best foundation pump applicator!
2. I swiped once only for the foundation to show it’s ‘true color’ and it may look like it wont match my skin at all at this point.
3. Walla! The foundation has been blended perfectly onto my hands and you cant never see the differences! Do I have foundation on my hands? Really? It feels so nice and not oily at all!! It almost has like a powdery finish feel to it and I think that is why it is not oily.
COVERAGE WISE?
Well, as for coverage wise, I would say that this foundation could give full coverage if we keep on adding it onto our face. If it’s just one layer, I could say that the foundation is more towards medium to lower high coverage. I mean, I can still see my spots and acne if I just applied one layer onto my face. :)
IS IT WORTH IT?
Well, I am still in a testing mode. So far, I like it but I am pretty bumped when it comes to the coverage. I would want to have like a really full coverage as what it claims to be but I do not want to layered up my foundation as it tends to look cakey (I guess so) and heavy. Oh yes, it also has an additional SPF 17/PA++ so it is a pretty good foundation! Well, I think I just have to play with it more and more!
