Unboxing–The Lilac Box Date 5

DSC09133 edit

After Bag-Of-Love, The Lilac Box is the box that I wont want to miss each time they launch a new box. Because the products inside it are just rare and I won’t be getting at least 2-3 products the same with some other boxes. Nice huh? But, the drawbacks of this box is that you have to be ready at 10:00am sharp in front of your computer / handphones to purchase it as it is first come first served and they have very limited box! I always set my alarm for this so I could purchase them at 10am SHARP! :P

If you did not get the chance to grab their 5th box, come and see what is inside and please do set your alarm for the next box and like their facebook page to know their latest box.

Let’s dig in! :)

ALQVIMIA oils (Anti Cellulite Body Oil, Body Sculptor & Reductor)

I have never heard about this brand before. Yeah I am not that hippie up to date girl like that. And I am not that much into high end brands like makeup and body stuffs so the heck how would I know about this brand anyway? Haha. But thank you to The Lilac Box for introducing me to this brand! Will do try the oils given. ;)

DSC09255 edit

AVEDA hair product range (Damage Remedy Intensive Restructuring Treatment & Daily Hair Repair)

Aveda was also one of the brand that I discover from The Lilac Box as well. I have seen some of Aveda’s outlet in One Utama and Pavillion (If not mistaken) but never stop by cause I am way too lazy to treat my hair. Haha. I don’t know why though. I only shampoo and conditioned my hair and sometimes treatment with hair mask.

DSC09256 edit

Laura Mercier (Foundation Primer & Tinted Moisturizer)

This is not a something that I never heard of obviously since I have used Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer before this. But mine was in the brownish dark tube. I have not yet use the primer though and I love the primer as it was so silky and so satiny feelings on my fingers.

DSC09257 edit

Calvin Klien Down Town Shower Gel

My boss has the perfume version of it and I think it smells good! So now I can have the same scent during my bath time! yay!

DSC09258 edit

GUERLAIN Serum Lift Fermete Correction Rides

The Lilac Box is all about premium brands products. GUERLAIN is something that I don’t think I could afford of so now I can test the serum from them! AWESOME!

DSC09259 edit

ACADEMIE Micellar Cleansing Water

Another new brand for me! Never heard of this brand before and now I have their cleansing water! This is awesome as I always use my bioderma cleansing water to clean my face once in a while. I think I can put this to a good use! :)

DSC09260 edit

So that was all of the items that I received inside the Box 5 from The Lilac Box. Tempting enough? They’ll be opening another box today at 10:00am! So, if you are lucky you might get their CONCEPT BOX this time which costs RM49.90! What are you waiting for! :)

Barcelona Trip–Part 3

Yes girls! This is the last part of my Barcelona trip and in this entry I would like to talk about the makeup stuffs that my boyfriend bought for me there! It’s an affordable makeup and it’s from H&M. Yes, we don’t have their makeup line here just yet. I am not quite sure if other Asian countries do have makeup from H&M or only Malaysia does not have it, YET. :)

H&M has the ‘okay’ kind of makeup line range. It has foundations, blushers, bronzers and all. Complete! Lipsticks, lip gloss and all! Amazing! And some of the makeup has quite a great quality so that is why I bought so many makeup items there! Just see all the photos below and you’ll know how many products that I got at Barcelona.

DSC09246 edit

Eyeshadow palette! Smokey, 12 shadow palette & Nudes! Swatches will come in near future in different entry. ;)

DSC09247 edit

Bronzing powder! I did not swatch this product at the store so I don’t really know how tanned the color is. I think it would look nice on a fair skin rather then a medium skin like I do. But, I swatch it just now and I think that I would become a nice tanned highlighter. Yes. Weird isn’t it?

DSC09248 edit

The lovely blushers! These two products I did swatch it at the store and am loving the colors so much! It’s pigmented in a very suitable way as a blusher would. Love it so much! As usual, swatch coming up soon in my future entry.

DSC09249 edit

Lip glosses! Yes. I went cray cray over their lip glosses! It’s so cheap and so many kind of colors! These are not the only lip glosses that I got.

DSC09250 editDSC09253 edit

These two as well! Yay! Most of their lip glosses smell like watermelon. And their lip glosses are not over sticky at all! That’s why I LOVE it so much! I am not a lip glosses lover but these are just an exception. ;)

DSC09251 edit

Apart from makeup items, H&M also has some really cool brushes as well! When I am back in Barcelona in the future, I shall buy more brushes after this! It’s kind of pricey so I tend to buy more makeup items rather than brushes. This is the only one brush that I got. It’s a kabuki brush and it is SOOOOOO soft!

DSC09252 edit

Well, apart from H&M makeup line, I also purchased these Maybelline makeup items at El Corte Engles mall. They have 50% off on 2nd items so I purchased 4 items. The color tattoo is a must to get since we don’t have it here (Yet!) and I don’t know what delaying Maybelline to bring more color tattoos here. :( Also the Anti Aging Concealer which has been the favor of Laura Vitale and a Dream Liner black eye liner! :)

So, these are the items that I got in Barcelona under makeup items. Any likings from you so far? :) If you need in depth review on some of the products, or maybe all, let me know in the comment box down below! :)

Edazz : Yes babe! I feel you! You feel me? haha :) I am soooo glad to finally found my gang! My group! My peeps! My buddy!!! Thank you to The Butterfly Projects Malaysia :)

We are family–The Butterfly Project Malaysia Group.

I always write about me being bad, being ugly and being mocked all the time in this blog. It is because I do have those kind of memories back then at school. I know it’s a long time ago but, do not ever play with someone’s mind and soul at school. They will remember it forever. Especially a person like I do. Not that many people would like to reminisce their high school bad memories but sometimes, we just have to look at the past to know what we have become and what have we been through. Just to remind us on not to do that again.

It’s not that I did something bad that I have to restrain myself from doing it anymore, it is more towards like do not become like that person who mocked me and play the fool out of me. That’s all. Eventually, everyone of us will become parents and what happened if your kids were treated that way? Don’t care, care less? Good for you then but I do care about my kids and what will happened to him/her as I have gone through that phase before.

Why am I telling you all this story? It is because, I was once being left behind, being mocked, being said harsh words and I was kind of lonely for a while. But now not anymore! I have new friends who are not just pretty but very very friendly, very happening and fun, very outgoing and very me! It’s like, we knew each other along time ago and clicked instantly! Where do I meet all of them? It’s actually at the events organized by The Butterfly Projects Malaysia. Some part of it, YouTube also made a very huge impact on my life. Met new crazy best friends there as well. Well, I am very hard in finding people with the same mentality and craziness level as I do but I found them now! If you are lonely or maybe in need of having that extra boost in life, you can like the Facebook Page below and start mingling around. They are friendly and very welcoming! I’ll be there as well. hehe

DSC09136 edit

Welcome to the most exciting party of the year! It’s the Kinohimitsu Luau Party in conjunction with The Butterfly Project Malaysia group! I am so looking forward to be at this party weeks before and have been feeling excited since I got to know that I got selected! What is it basically?

So what is happening on the inside of the spa home? Free neck and shoulder massage! Yes! Just what I needed after a loooooooong hours of flight the day before. Yes, this event took place just one day after I came back from my Barcelona trip and I am still aching here and there and this 5 minutes massage is just perfect for me. As you can see in the picture, Illy is enjoying her massage together with Caroline and Ayna. No pain no gain is it? :)

DSC09150 edit

The spa place, Vila Manja has won the Excellence Award as Best City Spa in Malaysia! It does indeed. The surroundings and the atmosphere of the spa is simply amazing. Although it it a little eerie upstairs as it is a darker but still I think this place would look amazingly good if more people come and have their spa day.

DSC09152 edit

The main thing of the event! Kinohimitsu Bio-Booster! So this is how the packaging looks like. It is actually in a sachet type of packaging which makes it easier for consumer to consume. Each day just need one sachet of this booster and preferably to eat before meal. Each sachet weight around 8g.
This bio-booster is HALAL, contains NO SUGAR and it is 100% natural. I am not so sure about what kind of natural it is cause what I can see from the ingredients are not natural terms. All chemical terms. Hehe. How does it taste like? It taste like lychee drink! And if you did not use it with water, you can even chew the powder and it taste yummy like lychee sweets!

* Our EMCEE on that night. Pretty lady! Illy & Tammy! *

This two pretty lady had made the night so funny and chilled! They made jokes and very informative as well. They keep on reminding the WiFi password at all time. But sadly, I cannot connect to the WiFi maybe because too many people connected at one time. But still, I do have my 3G connection! hehe. No problemo.

DSC09175 edit

Apart from learning something new about the new product of Kinohimitsu, we also had fun playing games! My team loose. Sobsob but still we do have FUN! Serious FUN! Usually I don’t really like into games as I am a bit competitive haha but this one I just let loose and have fun! Meet new friends each time I attended any events from The Butterfly Project group. :) They had become part of my live and they made my life alive! Thank you!

Barcelona Trip–Part 2

DSC08933 edit

When talking about Barcelona, you can always imagine the building structures. It’s old and rusty but still pretty. The preserve and are still in use! Fantastic! The city is also quite clean! This is me, at the Old City of Barcelona, at the Carrer Del Carme. Carrer in Spanish means ‘Road’. Quite easy to understand as they have this word carrer everywhere on their signboard. What to do in Barcelona you asked? Well, loads of things! You can shop, eat, have fun, sightseeing. A lot of things to do!

DSC08916 edit

This is where their residential area takes place. It’s quite near to Barcelona city, located at Pasieg De La Creu. At night, it’s very cold and chilly. I love it! You can see that most of the men in Barcelona takes care of their child whereas their wife went for a night shift work. Everywhere, you can see kids are always with their father. They have this father-child bond and their family relation is very very very tight. What makes them not to become a homeless people is actually their family support. Family means everything to them.

DSC08920 edit

This is me and my boyfriend Irfan at a Halal Arabic restaurant named Arabica. It is located near Catalunya, at Carrer de Sant Pere Mes Alt. Yes, the road name is very long. It has some arabic foods and shisha as well. So, if you are looking for a shisha place, this is one of them.

Lets see what are the other places that you can visit at Barcelona. First of all…

 DSC08973 edit

CAMP NOU! Yes. If you are a fan of football, not necessary Barcelona Football Club you must visit this stadium. They have stadium indoor tour but you have to pay Euro 23 per person. Quite okay considered that you can visit their changing rooms, the stadiums and some other interesting places. We did not go cause it was expensive for us. Hehe.

DSC08992 edit

Magic Fountain! The show only on Friday and Saturday during cold time. It is located at Av. Reina Maria Cristina and if you wanted to ride metro to come here, you can stop at the station Espanya. Basically it’s a place that is full with water fountain. Very beautiful! The fountain plays along with the music and it was just breathtaking. We went there when it rains and the show is still on! :)

DSC09015 edit

This is Drassanes. The place where all the yachts parked. A lot of them I tell you. It’s like yacht traffic. Very dense, very packed! Pretty too as it’s near the sea as well. And very windy! If you would like to come here, you can take the Metro and stop at Drassanes.

DSC09017 editDSC09019 editThis is Barceloneta beach. Pretty near to Drassanes. At this time of the month, it is actually in autumn season and there are still people do swim on the beach, surfing and all! Crazy! It’s freaking cold! Haha

DSC09074 edit

Yes. This is the only place that I really wanted to visit since this trip is on planning stage. I told Irfan that I would want to go and see this structure when we are in Barcelona and my dream comes true! Thank you to my boss for the bus tour ride! They did stopped here! But if you are not going to take the tour ride bus, you can still visit Sagrada Familia by taking again, the Metro and drop at Cornella Centre. :)

DSC09116 edit

In Barcelona, there are bicycle everywhere! This is one of the bicycle rent parking service. I am not quite sure on how you use this. If I am not mistake, you need to have this special card like touch n go card, tap it on the suggested place and then you can take any of the bicycle. Well, I am still unsure about this. Do not quote me on that. Anyone knows? hehe

Apart from the sightseeing, the foods in Barcelona is simply amazing as well! The seafood are fresh and lovely! It’s the only thing that we can eat there anyway if we went to the local delis. We only ordered seafood and cheese and vegetarians pizza or pasta.

DSC08906 editDSC08910 edit

Above here is Paella. Their rice delicacy. It is yummy but it can be quite filling as they use their own produced rice to cook this delicacy. Creamy and filling I should say. Taste like Nasi Goreng but without spices. No wonder once there were this Asian man he ordered this rice with 3 bottle of tobasco sauce. It is just not spicy at all! And do you know, in Barcelona they only eat 9kg average of rice per family per year? Hehe.

Some of the other foods that we ate at Barcelona.

134 edit

* 4 cheese tagliatelle *

099 edit

* Panna Cotta with baked rice *

005 edit

* Hot Chocolate & pastries *

088 edit

* Yes. Nutella and Kinder ice creams! *

Well, those are some of the foods that we had at Barcelona. The ice creams can be seen at La Ramla, the tourist and shopping place! So yummy, delish and makes me want to have it now! Sobs! :( I am going to miss Barcelona but I shall be back. I want to explore more of the other side of Barcelona. Barcelona is huge! We only covered most on the south East of Barcelona, the Mediterranean sea part. I would love to explore North, South and West part after this. :)
