Today in my new blog entry, I would love to express how much I really LOVE this Double Wear Foundation by Estee Lauder. I received this sample from Facebook and redeemed it at Isetan, One Utama. Upon redeeming these (The sales person gave me 5 sachets of foundations!), I instantly use it the next day. After hearing, reading and seeing loads of great review about this foundation, now I can experienced it myself.
I did not actually swatch the shade for this, the sales girl simple gives me this shade and it matches my skin PERFECTLY! I don’t know how she does it or they just have this shade for the tester sachet but it fits me perfectly! Crazy!
The foundation is seriously super long lasting and it does not makes my face even oilier. I have already tested this foundation from 9am until 7pm and no fading away, no oxidize and no discolorations at all! I am not a huge fan of foundation but this one is an exception. I love this foundation to death! No wonder people love this foundation so much! Laura Vitale’s was also one of the huge fan on this foundation. She suggest that if you have oily skin, this foundation is really really good for you. She used to film her cooking videos under the light and it is kind of hot, so she used this foundation while filming.
I have oily skin and I am living in a very humid and hot country. It’s sunshine every day with slightly thunderstorms and rain for few hours, not few days. :) This foundation is very suitable for these kind of condition.

So, what are you waiting for? I just LOVE this foundation so much! Go and swatch some when you are at Sephora and see the greatness of this foundation. And besides being so long lasting, it is also a buildable foundation, it does not feel and look cakey, it has the most lightweight texture of foundation ever but with seriously medium to full coverage (if build it more), fragrance free, transfer resistant, heat and humid resistant as well! Well packed! You don’t really need a lot, a little goes a long way! You may think the bottle is small and not enough for you, let me tell you one thing, one sachet of this foundation that I received can be used up until 3 times applications! See! Incredible!
Im a huge fan of el double wear.since i bought it never cross in my mind to try any other brands.love it very much cuz it doesnt oxidize at all, tho its not full coverage but it can be build depending on your skin needs.even when u r heavily sweating you wont find any cakey issue with double wear.the only drawback i think is it comes without pump.but all u need to do is just buy liquid foundation pump from mac counter,cut a lil bit of the plastic tube and voila!it will perfectly fit into the double wear bottle :)
