BOTD : Leaders Insolution Face Masks

Hello ladies, and gentleman if any. Today I would love to share with you one of my current favorite face mask that you can get it at Watsons. I am not sure if Guardian did sell this but I purchased this at Watsons. :) Well, I love Watsons more than Guardian as Watsons prices are slightly cheaper than Guardians. Anyway, here is the mask.

Well, I am so sorry for the very poor lighting as I took all of the pictures during night time, right after I purchased this mask. I have not heard about this brand before to be honest but the huge packaging intrigues me a lot! It is actually from Leaders Insolution, which I believe is from Korea. Many masks are from Korea.

The brand do carries a lot of other variant but I choose the one that could work very well with my acne / blemish skin. This is their Skin Clinic Mask which is suitable for my skin conditions right now. It does not focus much on the skin radiance but more on the facial blemish as per the scale above. :)

It is also said to have a certification my KFDA which is the Korean Food and Drugs Administration which I think is equivalent to our KKM which is Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia. Nice!

This is what the mask claims to be doing once applied. But, I don’t think so with just one usage, it could transform my skin to become better in an instant. It may take a while with more than 10 time usage. One of the best thing to is that it is dermatologist tested so, I can assume that it is safe to use.

The mask is quite big but it is very very thin! With loads of products soaked in it, I think this is one of the thinnest face mask I have ever had my face on! Like seriously! It fits nicely on my face. Perfecto!

Well, after application, I can see that my acne is getting red and it seems like the mask has done something to it. I know it’s a good thing as my acne just went away after few days wearing this mask! I am happy that the huge acne is now gone. :)

I am not sure about the price of the mask but I can assure you that it is not more than RM10 and not less than RM5. So, it’'ll probably be in the middle of these range.

BOTD : Keihl’s Party in the Sun Event!

Hello lovelies! I would love to share my experience with all of you here in regards to this absolutely hot and simple but yet informative event, handled my Kiehl’s and also The Butterfly Projects Malaysia. At first, I thought I was not chosen for this event but when I saw my acne picture on the butterfly projects, I was like 0_0 what? Haha. Not my acne pictureeeeeeeeee!! But actually that picture makes me get the ticket to this event, as told by Mamasan Tammy. :D

The event was held in One Utama The Gardens Rooftop. This place opens up at 10am so before 10am, the lift could not send you up. You may take the stairs if you can or wait until 10am so that you could use the lift. Once reached, it was the most beautiful part in One Utama that I have not yet explored. Well, I have always seen the signage everywhere in One Utama but have not got the urge to go and see for myself.

We have to jot down our signature onto this Kiehl’s skeleton trademark. I had mine in green and I think it was cute enough! :P

I did met with other fellow butterflies on my way up, in the lift. Shasha, Shivani, Mieza and at the rooftop, we met with other butterflies like Liyana, Mamasan, Arpita and more!

Well, coincidently I am wearing a butterflies printed shirt from Uniqlo. Haha. I think it does follow with the theme a little bit. What do you think?

The place is quite huge and has a lot of plants and trees and water display. It was quite hot during the day and we were all sweating but that does not mean that we did not have FUN that day! It was seriously the best HOT day ever for me!

Kiehl’s is a very well known brand for skincare. Having to be in this industry since 1851, Kiehl’s has been their favorite skin care line for so long. Some say their lip products are good, their perfumes, their skin care products..and many more. Therefore, I think it is time for me to actually try their products and see if suitable for me too.

At this event, Kiehl’s are trying to promote their newest skin care item which is the Ultra Facial Oil Free Gel Cream. I can see that this cream will be working tremendously well on my combination oily to normal skin. Since I am having a heavy acne problem at that time, this gel-cream would be my best friend during the humidity time as such at the office or maybe during these hot hot hot days!

Oh yes, not to forget they have these Ice Cream Malaysia too! Yummzy!

The foods were also delish! It’s a balance of sweet and savory in one dish. But too bad they did not cater for Vegetarian as Shasha is allergic to eggs. :( I feel sorry for eating in front of her that day.

So lets go back to the main purpose shall we? Well, one of the activities at the event apart from the foods are DIY Terrarium! Yahoo! We could choose our own bowl, and then the trees and the representatives from Frozen Trees will teach us on how to make our own terrarium! Why terrarium? Well, one of the main ingredients inside Kiehl’s new product is cactus! Amazing, right? :)

As you can see, I am a bit greedy therefore, I choose the biggest bowl ever! Haha. With a little mushroom and a shell. So called my own sea.

Kiehl’s also displayed their other new products for the Oil-Free range which is the Cleanser and also Toner.

I also did some oil check during the event. Of course, with the hot sun on top of my head, my face would be looking like a giant disco ball by then. And it was indeed, I do have an oily skin. I think they should measure your skin not under the hot sun. It could somehow ruin the result. Hehe.

See that little oil blotter? They compared it with the oil scale on the sheet and gave me a little tester on the oil-free cream gel. It was indeed very moisturizing and cool!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Kiehl’s and The butterfly projects Malaysia for again, inviting me to this event! I have never been so unlucky before. Hopefully, with the help of Kiehl’s, my face skin would be better each day!

Each of us did bring home a full size of the cleanser, toner and of course the gel cream! Happy us! Woohoo!

I am looking forward to the next event with The Butterfly Projects Malaysia & Kiehls’! Do wait for my review on these items. :)

BOTD : Beaubox Beauty, Beautiful Life Beauty Kit

Hello everybody! Recently I purchased so many makeup items. I guess it was a revenge after quite some time trying to not to buy makeup products. I need to do this once in a while. But now, I can see that MakeupGeek is coming out with her new blushes and I am like..What??? I need to have that! Haha. But I can still control myself. :)

So, have you all heard about Beaubox before? I did. Actually, I really wanted to buy their first ever box but it was kind of expensive so I just let it pass me by, sadly. Few months later, I saw this coupon offer of Facebook by Beaubox and it is just RM49.90. I grab the offer and instantly purchase the box, which is called the Beautiful Life box. Somehow, it has a Samsung galaxy logo which I am not sure why.

Inside this kit includes an eyeshadow quad and blusher/bronzer duo. Personally, I think the eyeshadow quad is not that pigmented looking if you swatch it on your hands but once you applied it onto your eye lids, it transform into a very pigmented color which you yourself could ever imagine! It is from the brand So Susan and I have never heard about this brand before.

And, when you see the color of the bronzer/blusher duo, you’ll feel that it’s un-wearable which can be sucks cause you have spend money on this and everything is a crap. Think again. Do not judge the book by its cover. :)

It has one of the most nicest bronzer color with red undertone it it. Perfect for tanned skin or even fairer skin too. The blusher is not that bright after all and it is blend able.

The box looks ordinary on the outside but it is actually pretty on the inside! You can flip the inside to become outside in an instant!

Plus, the packaging is super duper cute too! It has bubble wraps underneath the products so that it would not impact or breaks up the eyeshadow or the bronzer/blusher!

BOTD–Copper Brown Eye

Hello all! I have been playing around with this new MAC product that my boyfriend purchased for me last week. I have featured it inside an entry not long time ago.

It’s from their Studio Sculpt Shade and Line and I got in the shade Espresso-Blend. I bought this color as I know if I purchase some other colors, I would not use it anyway. Well, this is not a review just yet. I would just want to show to you how it looks like on my eye.

I love the color. It’s my color after all. Brown, black. What do you think about it? Have you tried this range from MAC before? Do comment down below :)

BOTD : Enchanteur Paris lotions (All 4 of them!)

Hello everybody! I am back with another sponsored review by The Butterfly Projects Malaysia & Enchanteur Paris! I was one of the luckiest girl as I was being tagged in to do a review about these yummy smelling lotions at a very last minute. Yay me!

Well, to tell you the absolute truth I don’t really like to apply lotions on my skin area. I have this experience in applying lotions and it just sticks onto my skin and makes it feel very very sticky. Who would want to have a sticky feelings on their skin anyway? I think this is one common sense that everybody knows about. But sometimes, I just cant handle the itchyness of my dry skin to want it or not, I still have to apply some lotions to moisturized the dry patches on my skin and now I think I have found the best lotion to do that!

Well, lets go one by one on the lotion shall we?

The first one would be the..

All-In-One Whitening Body Serum. This is the only lotion that has 135ml in it although the size of the bottle is the same as the rest of the lotions. This is for those who are in need of a serum and protection from SPF. It has SPF 24++, Licorice to even out skin tone and Hyaluronic  to provides 24 hours of hydrations! All in one as it says! It even has a very nice small which I think is a bonus for a lotion. Actually, I like this lotion so much, I bring it to my office and when I stopped by Guardian’s, I saw a tiny version of the lotion and I bought it!

Tadaa! Haha. How cute and adorable is that! :D

 

Next is the Light & Fresh Body lotion. Well, what I like second about these lotion range is that is has for every specific types of occasion. This light & fresh are said to be water-based lotion with a refreshing scent on Mon Amir and makes us feel fresh even during a hot sunny day! Since it is water-based, it wont leave any sticky feeling at all!

The third lotion is the Triple Whitening body lotion! Wallah! If you are only focusing on whitening and not much about other things, this lotion is very suitable for you! It has Vitamin B3, Sakura Concentrate and Licorice Concentrate. Some of the ingredients that you need to whiten up your skin! It is also water-based, fast absorbing with the scent of Belle Amour, will captivates you and your skin, instantly! The scent is very suitable for going out with families, friends or love ones! Captivate the moment! :)

Last but not least, the Firm & Repair body lotion. If you are having a really bad dry skin condition and you are looking onto some good lotions that could repair those, this is the perfect lotion for you! It has micro collagen and Swiss Edelwiess (to protect the skin from UV). It has a really nice and calming scent of Adore, which you can apply these at night to have a really nice deep sleep.

What Are Lotions & It's Benefits?
Body lotions are lotions applied to the body after bathing. They contain more water than body cream to hydrate, smoothen and soften the skin. There are several benefits of using body lotion:

Moisture

• Oils that are in lotion give skin moisture and elasticity. They are absorbed into the skin, repairing and soothing dry skin.

Protection

• The same oils in lotion that repair dry skin can also prevent irritation from dry skin. Also, if a lotion contains SPF, it can help prevent sun damage.

Anti-Aging

• By using lotion to protect against sun damage and dry skin, you can help minimize the aging process. Dry skin that loses elasticity and sun damage can cause wrinkles and fine lines.

Skin Color

• Some lotions contain additives that can either lighten or darken the appearance of skin pigment.

Scent

• Most lotions contain fragrance oils that can be used for a light scent. The scent is less potent than perfumes or colognes and is beneficial for people who desire the scent but are sensitive to stronger perfumes.

My personal favorite would be the serum as it has a smaller mini version of it and also the scent is very very very nice. It did calm me down for a moment when I am at work and I love the fact that it is fast absorbing, it wont leave any sticky residue on my skin once applied. I usually also applied the Frm & Repair during niht time before I go to bed to let the skin being repaired.
