BOTD : Bubble Mask (WHAT?)

Hello friends! How are you today! I am extremely happy to say that I have tested out my first bubble mask. I don’t know what is the purpose of this mask and why it must be in bubble form. I have not yet done my homework but still, I would want to show you how it looks like. Well, it started when I entered this one mask shop at Paradigm Mall. I forgot the name of the shop but it was on the same level as Tesco. After much looking at the whole shop, I found this small package of mask with just BUBBLE written on it. Curious, I bought one in Strawberry flavor to try out.

How cute is this packaging? How can you resist not buying it? I just cant! Haha. I forgot how much it costs but I think it is about RM3-4 only.

Well, to tell you the truth I have no idea what so ever about this mask. As you can see, all of the writings are in other language which I am not sure if it is Chinese or Japanese but obviously not Korean. Haha.

Since it is a bubble mask, it has like a gel-like consistency similar to a face wash kind of feelings. I have no idea what to do with this so…

I just rub it in onto my face and this happened! Haha! It turns into a bubble in just seconds after rubbing it onto the face. Which is so weird to me. I don’t know what it can do or what it should do! Just apply. :)

Tadaa! Whole face covered! Haha. So strange. It feels like I am having a facial wash foam on my face. I don’t know if I should wait for the bubble to go away by itself, or I should wash it using luke warm water or what ever. So I just wash them out.

Obviously there is nothing happened to my face. I might be applying it wrong so, I don’t know. If you can help me to read the back of the mask, that would be great! Haha.

BOTD : Favorite brushes (Face & Eye)

Hello ladies! It’s been a while eh? I apologize. Today I would like to share with you my favorite brushes as to date! These has become my favorite because I used them up way too much and loving them entirely!

Tadaa! These four brushes are the ones that I used very very much for the past month. Well, I purchased the Face Brush just recently but the rest are my long time favorite. I love Real Techniques (RT) brushes. They are affordable but really really sturdy and it does work on my skin! Amazing quality of brushes from the Pixiwoo sisters or the Chapman’s sister I should say. I must thank them for creating such an affordable brushes for all of us to use.

Real Techniques Expert Face Brush :

I always use this one to buff up my foundation. Although I always use my beauty blender to apply my foundation but sometimes I just need some real buffing and that is when this brush comes in handy!

Real Techniques Blush Brush :

Another amazing brush from RT line! I always use this blush brush for..every single thing! Blusher, highlighter, bronzer you name it! Well, I do have some tricks on how to apply highlighter using this brush. Yummy ones!

Real Technoques Face Brush (Powder Brush) :

I have been eyeing on this brush like a long time ago. I was not too sure if this brush is big enough for my face but it turns out very perfectly fit! I use this brush to apply any sorts of powder onto my face. It makes it easier as it is quite big and the bristles are..the softest!

Lashbar Small Blending Brush :

I purchased this brush at Lashbar in Sunway Pyramid. I am not quite sure what is the real name or code for this brush but I will find out for you. This is such a great brush to blend your eyeshadow on the crease. It is small, perfect for asian eyes and it is really soft! I LOVE them. Plus, it is very cheap as well. Below RM20! I knowww! :P

BOTD : H&M Blusher

Hello all! It’s the time where I post out a makeup item review! YAY! Haha. I did have a video review on this blusher up on my YouTube channel a while ago and I thought why not do a blog review about it as well? So now I did.

I purchased this blusher a year ago in Barcelona. Well, I am so crazy about Barcelona I would want to go there again one day. I really love the city! Well, H&M here is very boring. They did not sell their cosmetics line here. In Barcelona, they did have these lovely and cheap cosmetics from H&M line. Some are incredibly good!

I bought two blushers and this is the brightest one so far that I have in my collection. I don’t know why I bought this shade as I am more like soft tones kind of person when it comes to blusher color. Pink Dahlia, the blusher is as pretty as the name.

Badamtss! Well well well, look at that gorgeous color! Haha. Do not be afraid of wearing bold color, especially on blushers. I did try to get out from my comfort zone by purchasing this blusher with the thought that I will be hating this blusher but dear, I was extremely wrong!

Just look at that one swatch of the blusher. AH-MAZINGGG! I still can imagine having these shade on a dark skintone people. That would look amazing as well!

Once blended, this is how it looks like. Somehow looks like I did get someone to punch me on the back of my hands! Haha. Or maybe it looks like a huge mosquito bite there for a while! But, trust me girls. On your cheek, these color would look just fine. I would not recommend this shade to any pale / whitish skin tone person. It may look a little bit obvious that the blusher is fake unless, if you know how to blend it beautifully.

To me, this is a really good, pigmented blusher. But since we could not get it here in Malaysia as yet, you might want to to find something with a similar color tone to go on with.

BOTD : Meteorites Pearls by Guerlain

Hello all! Today I would like to do a short review on this weird thing that I purchased in Singapore Airport few weeks back. I have no idea why I purchase this, it was an impromptu decision made my myself that day. Haha.

This Guerlain product has been in stores for several months now. Probably years. It is just that I do not really care about it until I encountered the miniature of it. I am a sucker when it comes to anything mini or travel size items. I just want those, thinking that I might be in need of those items in the future. –.-“

This meteorites is some sort of like a highlighter. It was so hyped up during the month is it out. I was like, why do you all like these colorful balls so much? It was nothing but a highlighter. Well, let me give you all my review below. Honest and true review. ;) But before that, let me give you a tour of this product.

This is how the products look like inside the packaging. It contains two cardboard meteorites and one cute kabuki brush! Both meteorites container contains the same thing.

By looking at the packaging, it looks similar to the full size of the product except this is just made out of a cardboard box. Well, it is okay but at least they could do something more that this. Thank God the brush looks good.

Just look at that cute little brush! It’s pink in color! What more could you ask for? :)

So, finally this is how the meteorites looks like. I think it has the same size as the full size of this product except this has less balls. Hehe. This illuminating powder has some powdery scent to it. Quite unpleasant if you want to hear my opinion about it.

Well, I do hope that you can see the swatch picture above. I tried to do swatches of it but then realize that this is an illuminator and it might not going to show up on my skin. Well, I did try my best and surprisingly it does shows up in this picture!

REVIEW :

To me, this is something that I wont be purchase it ever again. First, I don’t really wear highlighter/illuminating powder. I don’t know why I bought this at the very first place. Secondly, this illuminating powder / balls produce such a powdery scent that I just could not stand it. I don’t know why. Thirdly, this illuminating powder does shows up on my skin if you look at it closely but, it shows up in a chunk of glitter. Well, I don’t really fancy that one.

So overall, I don’t really like it that much. Sadly. This is my first so call High End makeup product that I do have from a High End brand.

BOTD : Bourjois Loose Powder

Hello everybody. It’s review time again! For this entry I would like to do a review on this one loose powder that I purchased and tested through out September. I don’t really have that much of a loose powder to compare this with but I do have some translucent ones from essence which I do not really like cause it is in white color. Haha.

So, I overcome my bravery and purchased this instead. Who knows I can use this as my everyday face powder kind of thingy.

I can only see two shades for this loose powder. One being 01 and obviously this is 02. I might be wrong as they might have finished the other shades of this powder. I try to look for a translucent ones but apparently, they don’t have it. At least at the Bourjois counter where I purchased this powder does not have it. Sigh.

Looking at the design of the packaging, this is to me very the old school like of powder. It’s like I am living in the 90s. The packaging is very simple, powder at the bottom, there are holes on the top part and then sponge applicator and the lid of the powder.

The sponge is very soft, but it is not latex made. It feels like an old school sponge too. It is hard to describe it but it applies as good as a brush could do.

This is one harsh swipe of the powder. I need to do a harsh swipe cause the powder is so fine, you could not even see it if I do it very gently.

Of course it’ll blend beautifully on my skin as per the picture above. It shows that it has some color onto the powder but when it blends, it gives such a smooth feeling on you face / skin and when you touch it, it feels like heaven.

I love this loose powder at the moment. To set up my makeup aka liquid foundation. Not that I need any setting as I know my favorite NARS foundation is simply magic I don’t really need to set it up but still, I just love the feelings of having this powder on my face.

BOTD : Too Faced Cat Eyes Palette (Swatches)

Hello ladies! It is time for me to do an entry on this palette. I could not hold it much longer as I think it needs to be expose now! I had this palette for few weeks now and had been playing with it a couple of times. This is my second Two Faced eye palette and I am falling in love with this brand each time.

Introducing, Two Faced Cat Eyes palette. As an eye shadow lover like I do, this palette I assume would be something that I have not owned as yet. It looks as if I do have some of the colors (not including the highlighters and all) but I was wrong. Each of Two Faced palettes has their own identity and some could be new eye shadow shades! Loving it!

It has a really nicely and gorgeous done packaging. Leopardy pattern with the name of the palette in the center. The packaging is made with a tin and it comes with a magnetic closure and also a mirror. It also does come with a step-by-step tutorial (not in picture) just like their other palettes as well.

This is how the shadows looks like. Something that I will be using everyday! Happiness to the MAX! Except for the highlight shadows at the side which comes ins three kind of shades, the rest are just magnificent! The palette do have the names of the shadows printed on and no more transparent flimsy names. I like! It also has some theme if you are so into following themes like day makeup, classic and fashion!

I must admit, some of the eye shadow is not that pigmented. Please bear in mind that these swatches are done without any primers on. The first three white pink shadows has the most powder. the rest are just fine. The last row can be use either wet or dry! It looks gorgeous when you use it wet!

I am in love with the palette at the moment. It is a nice palette to pack for travelling as the case is very sturdy! Well, will do a video review soon and will post it here! Do grab yours today at Sephora!

Theater : PRamlee The Musical

Hello friends! How are you today? I am extremely happy and fine at the same time. Life has been going through my way actually.Alhamdulillah. As you might or might not know, I am a HUGE fan of theater. I appreciate theater and I just wish that I could be part of any theater.

I went to watch P Ramlee the Musical last Saturday. This is my second time watching P Ramlee the Musical. Previously I believe it was with my mom and Kak Liza Hanim was one of the performers at that time. If I am not mistaken, she acted as Saloma. Oh how I love theater. It’s different from watching movies or TV. The experience is just, phenomenal.

I always purchased the front seat whenever I watch theater. It feels more satisfying and near to the performers. I have long and short sighted so, seating in front could make me see clearly on what’s going on. :) There was a 15% discounts during the Hari Raya Aidiladha so I have my tickets for just less than RM200 for Row D. Pretty nice!

There is no camera during the show happens so I don’t really have any pictures during the show. Well, why do you need a camera when you can enjoy them performing live in front of your eyes? :)

Whenever I am attending any theater, I will purchase their program book. Who know we might get lucky to have them signed by the performers themselves! But this time around, I choose the 3pm show therefore I don’t see any chance of me getting the book signed. :(

The tickets was also a bit different time time or maybe is it me who has not been to Istana Budaya for a while, they have changed their tickets. It’s nicely printed as stickers now! Yawza!

We arrived quite early so I did take some photos with the posters. That’s the closest thing that I could get with the performers. :(

What can you expect through out this theater? I don’t really want to give out any spoilers but if you have watched the previous versions, it is quite similar to those. This time around, there are some new performers, talented and superb! They have Lisa Surihani as Junaidah (P Ramlee first wife), Nadia Aqilah as Saloma (P Ramlee third wife), Reuben Kang (Jinnyboy TV) as The Shaw Brothers and many more! I really love seeing new faces doing theater as part of their portfolio. I am still trying to enter Enfiniti Singing Class. Perhaps next year and then hopefully I could be part of this theater world as well. Amin.

Food Porn : Marigold Peel Fresh

First of all, I am not trying to become the ambassador of this juice nor am I getting paid to do this entry from Marigold. Well, I have drank many juices from box or I should call them, instant juices but this one really caught my throat and taste buds a lot.

Tadaa! It’s the Campuran Lobak Merah or Mixed Carrot Fruits juice. I know by just looking at the name of this juice would make you feel, yuck. But believe me, no companies would want to sell some yucky taste of juice. I braved up my guts to try this and voila! I am in LOVE with this juice, I am not kidding you!

Well, to put those alphabets aside, I just drink this juice because of the taste. Although I am a bit bothered about the vitamins inside but as long as the taste is good, I am always on! Still, this juice has a lot of vitamins in it. A, C, E and beta carotenes as well. What does Vitamin A do? As per people saying, Vitamin A is needed to make our visions clear. Vitamin C is more towards the health of our body for example to prevent cancer and more. Vitamin E is the most famous vitamins for beauty gurus like me, is for the skin. As for beta carotene, it was also said to reduce breast cancer and cataract. So there you go! :D

I know you must be wondering how the taste is actually? Well, it does not have any carrot taste at all. Believe me, when the first time I bought this juice I really thought and want it to have that carrot taste but I was wrong and a bit disappointed at that time. It turns out to be having like a very light orange taste. It is yummy. It does not have that sour orangy taste. It’s a bit rich. I love it!

Well, try this today! I know you will like it.

Food Porn : Kidz & Crème

Hello and Assalamualaikum wbt to all my readers out there. I think it has been a while since I posted my last food porn entry. This time, I would love to introduce to you a restaurant named, Kidz & Crème. If you are a Malaysian or Singaporean, you must know this one hero actor by the name of Aaron Aziz. So yeah, this is this restaurant.

I am not so sure why the name of the restaurant is quite unique and it does not sound like a restaurant name at all cause I did not follow on any gossips or news in regards to anybody be it Malaysian artists or international. I used to do that, stalking those who I adore and like, every single day before this but as I grow older, I don’t really fancy those anymore. :(

I don’t really think that this entry could be labeled as a review entry cause I have not tasted most of their foods and drinks and desserts as yet. So, this would be the what I ate during that day kind of entry. Can we cope with that? Thank you.

So this is what I ordered that day for my drink. It is The Tarik. The reason why I ordered this drink is because, the foods are quite expensive therefore, when it comes to this situation, I always ordered something cheap but a lot to drink. In this case, this was one of the cheapest drink that I could see inside the menu. Surprisingly, it was quite huge and yummy too! I am so sorry as I forgot the price of this The Tarik but I believe it is around RM5++.

The other thing I had was this Carbonara Spaghetti. This was DELICIOUS! Well actually pastas are my favorite food, ever. I dislike rice. So, I think this is just perfect for me. The portion was also quite okay. I am full after finishing this dish. Yes. I did finished it all!

TADAA! Oh my God. I feel like going back there now to have another plate of pasta! Hmm. I shall pay a visit this weekend hopefully. :)

If you are looking for a new place to eat, this could be one of your many many choices! Well, I have to warn you the price is pretty high but you get some good quality foods here! I heard they do have a famous dessert which is the Nutella Pie or something like that. Well, if you have the time (and money) I do suggest you to visit this place!

MOTW : Hardwell Spaceman Orchestra
