BOTD : IT Cosmetics Limited Edition Naturally Pretty Essentials Set Haul

Hello friends and Assalamualaikum wbt. Since today is the last working day for 2016, i would like to share my latest purchased during SEPHORA's Boxing Day Sale last Tuesday. I was a bit reluctant to purchase anything from IT Cosmetics cause i have tried their CC Cream (which have been raved a lot in Youtube) and i happen to hate it. It does nothing on my skin, does not even covers anything at all. Maybe it was my skin fault. Maybe.

But this time around, i am giving IT Cosmetics another chance so that i could actually try to love this brand. Please bear in mind that i have not tested out these set as yet so another review entry will be up soon.

I know it was pretty late to craft a blog about this (not sure though hehe) but still, i am a blogger so i blog about anything even if it is way in the past. I did not take that much photos during the event. Most are just videos recorded using my action cam. 

Perginya Tidak Kembali (The gone is lost forever)

Assalamualaikum wbt.

I know i have been missing for nearly a month. So sorry. Just that i was so busy with last minute work and also being quite caught up with my aunt as she was being hospitalized for nearly 1-2 weeks in December. During that 1-2 weeks period, i was kinda trapped between work and family. Although it was my aunt who is not well, my mom being the younger sister took care of my aunt each day. With this kind of family bond, it is hard for me to not to go and visit her everyday (If i could). 

I can still remember on Wednesday, 14th December 2016 my mom called me and said that my aunt whom i call Chak, is unconscious and her heart beat stops for about 8-10 minutes. From the stories that i have been told, the doctor and nurses were trying to help, giving CPR and what not to Chak. Her heart beats back again but she is still unconscious. From there, she was transferred to ICU  from a normal ward 7A in Hospital Serdang.

When she was bedded in ICU, my mom visited her each day. Chak's daughter and son also visited her each day. My grandmother from Kedah also came to visit Chak as well. Not to forget Chak's daughter who is studying in Malacca also came back once in a while (cause it was her exam week) to take care of her mother.

After nearly 9 days of ICU, my aunty passed away peacefully on Friday, 23rd December 2016. Allah sayangkan Chak sangat sampai Hari Jumaat Chak pergi meninggalkan semua. It was a sad day for all of Munzir's family and was my first time having someone super close by, died. It was my first time taking part closely in the ceremonial and i just could not bear the loss at all. I was crying non stop as my Chak is now gone forever.

We will surely miss you Chak,

I did purchased another set of Colorpop after these batch and that will be covered in my next future entry.

Butterfly Projects : X'Mas Cupcake Baking Class

I can't wait to blog about this. Now that i have the time and energy, i could blog about my first baking class ever! Yes. Ever! I have never been to a baking class before. Mainly because i think that if you just follow the instructions, the cake will be as it is. Well, my first baking class was awesome i did a short video about it as well. I would first and foremost thank The Butterfly Project Malaysia and also At 19 Culinary Studio for this opportunity.

I would also like to take the time to thank my fiance for sending me to the venue place, while he waited for me at the mamak shop nearby. Most of the photos were taken using Sony FDR-X3000R hence then resolutions and angle is a bit wide. :)

My Stay at St. Regis Hotel, Singapore (Heavy Pictures)

Hello everybody! Happy Sunday to all. It is the end of the year. I know, time flies super fast! I just can't believe that 2017 is nearly coming to an end. Since it is the school holiday month and many of us were looking for a place to go for a vacation. If you are planning to make a stay at St. Regis Singapore, here are what to expect.

I stayed at St. Regis Singapore for about 4 days (work related trip) and that was my second stay at St. Regis. First thing first, this is a 5 Star hotel so if you dressed up normal, you will be treated as normal. I am not a rich person, my credit card nearly reached its max amount and i too have other debts to settle. So, i am normal. If you want to stay at a very luxurious 5 star hotel, i would suggest for you to dress well so that they would treat you like a princess/prince or even someone. One of their front desk (which i could not recall her name) is quite proud of her job i guess. If you do not have SGD 600 in your hands (be it cash or credit) you can just say goodbye to your booked room. This luxurious hotel requires SGD600 for deposit (which will be returned back to you after checking out). I tried to nego on the deposit amount, asking her to drop it to SGD 300. She did try but that was after i requested. I mean, they should be helping the customer here. I mean, obviously i could not afford staying at this hotel if it's not for my work. Well, apart from my blue moment, i had a very nice butler. Oh yes, here in St. Regis hotel, you can request almost anything from your butler. A hot chocolate, a tea, asked to shine your shoe or even ironing your shirt! Well, that's the power of a 5 star hotel i guess.

Hello friends! It is nearly Christmas and i know most of us (beauty junkies) are madly spending our money towards the Christmas sets / gifts. Around Christmas time that we can purchase many miniatures, Christmas packs and new things that is coming out from the makeup brands. I visited Sephora in Singapore while back when i was there and bought this mini lipsticks set from Marc Jacob. I guess they do have similar thing last year but that one sold out instantly when it was first launched in Malaysia so i could not get my hands on it. 

BOTD : ColourPop Love Flare Super Shock Shadow Set

If you are an eye shadow lover just like i do, i bet you want to stay at this page and read about what am i going to tell ya. I have been trying to scale down on my makeup shopping but i failed to do so when it comes to ColourPop. It's not that cheap because of our currency depreciation but still, it is under RM50 worth of makeup which i think still affordable. 

ColourPop never failed to amazed me. By the packaging, you could not have guessed how much is this one worth (without converting it into MYR of course). With this sturdy cardboard box and yes..a MIRROR, this should be at least more than $25!

Hello ladies and gentleman! I am proudly going to admit that i am still, in my 30's love Hello Kitty. Yes. I was teased for liking Hello Kitty stuffs at a very old age of 24-25 but still now i am 30 years old and loving it as well! When it was linked to my favorite thing in the world makeup, i was like..I NEED TO GET THIS!!! So, i did. :)

Hello friends! It's been a while since my last blog. I have some fresh and new things to share with you today! I know it is a Sunday morning but while waiting for my day to start, i thought of blogging this today!

I was in Singapore from 15-18th November 2016 and while i was there, i took some night time strolling from 8-9pm at Orchard road, entering one shop to another at ION Orchard, Ngee Ann and Wheelock. Of course, SEPHORA was one of the must visit shop as it's nearly Christmas and i really wanna see what do they have in stores. My first Sephora encounter was in Suntec Mall, where i actually bought these inviting NARS liquid lipsticks. 

Kuching Trip (20 - 23 October 2016) PART II

I know everybody would like to know the second part of my Kuching Trip. I am quite surprise that Boon actually do read my humble blog. Haha. Well, continuing from the previous post, while driving away from Srikin back to Kuching, we stopped at Wind Cave (Gua Angin). I insisted the driver to stop cause i have had enough of shopping place and dining places. I need some nature to bring me alive back again. We stopped and took few pictures together in the group but did not managed to get in as we are in a bit of a rush for the next planned activities.

Kuching Trip (20-23 October 2016) PART I

Holiday, who does not like them right? I love travelling, being away from home and work for a while. But, whenever i am far away from the office, i tend to read all my emails just not to make sure that everything is fine and people can actually get in touch with me at all costs but i won't be doing that for sure when i'm in my Honeymoon time soon! Haha. Recently, my family and i went to Kuching. It was the first time for me and my mom but not my dad. My dad travels quite a lot actually, all work related of course.

Is there some issues going on with iFlix App?

Well hello friends. Today i feel like asking a question to all of you who have had iflix account. I have subscribed to iFlix account using my 1 year free unifi but i think it is best to have it paid so i do my paid subscription during their Merdeka promo. After i did the payment, my app is no longer showing my last watched since i signed in using a new ID. Nevermind that, as i thought it was only just because of the sign in, my app does not show my last watched. 

So, i watched Gossip Girl using the app in my iPad, registered under my new login ID which is NOT the free Unifi subscribtion. It was okay at first, all of the shows that i've watched did shows up in my history. But now...

Dear Friends! Today is another blusher day to review! I have been trying many blusher type for the past month and i think this one tops it all. Although this was my latest purchase (nearly 1 month ago) but i still think it deserves a full attention comparing to the most raved about ColorPop Blushers.

I only bought two out of three palette that they have in stores cause i thought i want to test it out first. Sometimes, affordable brands would not look as promising so i have to test it out first.

Bangkok 4D3N Holiday Trip

Hello friends! I know i have been missing for a while now. It's cause of Aidiladha celebration and also my family trip to Bangkok. I am not going to write down everything that happened during my trip to Bangkok. This is just a sharing entry with you if let say, you are planning to visit Bangkok one fine day. 

As this is a family trip, my dad made all the bookings (flight and hotel). We boarded Malaysia Airlines MH774 from KLIA to BKK airport. As usual, the check in was smoothly done by me 2 hours prior to the flight. Haha. Our first experience of doing the self luggage tag was also went on smoothly. I was just wondering why we can't check in using our booking reference instead of having to check in one by one. If i have 5 person to check in, i'll be spending most of my time at the self check in kiosk, entering the booking number of 5 people. The system was not that fast either. It takes time for it to load especially when you are done with person 1 and would like to check in for person 2. I do hope for an upgrade soon #MAHB.

S1K Event (Proton Suprima Mayhem X FX Tune)

Hello friends! I can't wait to blog about this! Well, basically before last Saturday, i don't even know that this event exists! I mean, i know Merdeka Endurance Race but S1K is just something that i am so not familiar with. Thanks to my Prosmac team, (Bro Dean especially) they managed to secure some tickets for PROSMAC members to attend. I dropped my name in together with my fiance cause we have nothing planned during the weekend.

I did not know who are the drivers, i don't really do much research about this event (i know blame me for being so lazy and don't care) but all i know is that my car model, Proton Suprima will be racing against several other cars. This race has been in since 2009 and i have no idea about it at all! Blaming the medias, let me be the one who spread the news about this race to you girls. Yes. Girls. Basically, girls are not aware of these things cause we don't really do research on car racing event.

I am now supporting more on our Malaysian made liquid lipsticks and so far after following other bloggers and beauty gurus i have found several liquid lipsticks that is super affordable and very very good! They should receive more compliments and recognition! My first Malaysian made liquid lipsticks is FAME. Makeup artist NurLiana is currently promoting and using this brand and i could not just let it pass me by without me having to try it out.

My Buddies Run Cyberjaya (5km)

Hello friends! Just to let you know, i am not a runner. I don't really run. I run for the sake of collecting medals and to force myself to exercise. I don't really know the right way to run (Yes! There's the right way to run and you have to follow that in order to have less pain)  and i always walk all the time instead of running. At school, i don't really run because i have asthma and bronchitis. So, running is not my preferable sport at all. But since last year, i had this opportunity to run with my fellow MDEC Runners and they we all very supportive of me. Being a first time runner, i ran 3 km for 3 rounds! That was like nearly 10km for my first run! Of course it's a relay run so that makes it even harder!

I have been using their lipsticks and lip liners since 4-5 years ago and this brand has never disappoint me at all although it is super affordable and cheap! Yes! Cheap!

Hello friends! It's Kat Von D time! I have been trying out this newly launched in Malaysia range, the Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick. After several swatches, i have decided to purchase Lolita as my first shade as it is always sold out anywhere i go! Thank God Sephora in Nu Sentral did have it, only one last piece! 

As usual with the gothic like box, i grab one and paid RM99 for this liquid lipstick.

BOTD : It's My Lip Balm & Lip Crayon

Hello friends! It is only one day to Friday and weekend is just around the corner! Today is the BOTD entry back again and i would like to share with you my current favorite lip products this month.

You may see that the packaging is not that convincing at all, especially when the name of the product it It's My.. To me, do not judge an item (especially from Althea Korea's website) by it's packaging and name! Even though this brand is super duper cheap and affordable, it does what it does and i am falling in love with this brand each day!

Jalan Jalan Fraser's Hill (SCC PROSMAC team)

Hello friends! Just would like to share my experience with my fiance to Fraser's Hill last Sunday. It was a one day trip with SCC Prosmac family but it was super fun cause we get to be together and have fun together! It all started around 8am in the morning, at Petronas Gombak near Giant. We waited for the rest of the other teams to arrive and then we shoot to Fraser's Hill around 8.30am from there.

At Petronas, we bought several snacks and water as our snack in time during the trip. It took us about 1 hour to reach Kuala Kubu Bahru via Ulu Yam route.

Hello friends! Another round of BOTD for this week? I love the fact that now i could use my favorite foundation, as a cushion foundation! Yay! Sometimes, it is pretty handy and easy to have your foundation to be in a cushion form rather than in a jar. With the cushion foundation, i could have my foundation and apply it anytime i want to.

Hello friends! Happy Monday! I think it is best for us to start out this week by featuring a review of this Colourpop Ultra Matte Lip. I have been wanting to get my hands and lips on this product for so long! Now that they do shipped to Malaysia, i really take this chance to order some for myself, and some to sell it out. After all of the products that i have seen so far from Colourpop, i always wanted to try their mauve, purple pink color rather than their bright ones. I thought that these colors would look good on me.

Hello friends! How are all of you today. As you may know (or might not know), i love lipsticks. Lipstick is an essential thing that i carry most of the time in my handbags and my car. It is not that i do need to have lipsticks all the time and applied it every time after i eat something, i just think that lipstick is the simplest makeup item that could brighten your face (even with you not wearing any makeup at all).

Of course for lipstick wearer like me, I always wanted my lipstick to stay put after i eat or drink so that i don't have to reapply again and again.

BOTD : Witch Pouch Selfie Fix Pigment (02 Follow Me)

Hello friends! It's the last week of Syawal. I am so sad to see this month goes by so quickly. We have to wait for next year around May-July to celebrate Ramadhan and Syawal back again for the Islamic calendar of 1438H. Hopefully i could celebrate Ramadhan & Syawal again next year, insyaAllah.

I personally have used this pigment few times since i received it last two weeks and it has been something that i am still struggling to use. I am not a pigment type of person so i need to get use of how to use pigments on my eyelids. I'll try to give my honest review on this product despite my lacking on experience using pigments.

BOTD : Zoeva Cocoa Blend Eye Shadow Palette

Hello friends! It's FRIDAY yay! I know some of us are looking forward to Friday cause of the hectic week of working after a looooong holiday. To me, Friday is the day that leads us to Monday. But, nevertheless i am still loving Friday but not as much as i love Wednesday! So today I would like to publish my latest love of eye shadow palette.

My love towards the other eye shadow palette has faded away once i have this. This is truly a life changing experience for me as i used to love this one particular eye shadow brand a lot.
