Canon X Rilakkuma EOS M10 event!

Hello friends! Here i am updating the event on Canon that i attended nearly two weeks ago. Well, i do not really participate in any events during Ramadhan time but this one i could not resists! It is Canon (my favorite camera brand) and Rilakkuma! Well, i do not really like Rilakkuma that much but it is still in the Sanrio family so, it is okay to give it a change. By the way, i am more on Hello Kitty side if you are wondering. ^_^

The event was held at a really weird place in Subang Jaya. It is called Whup Whup Restaurant & Cafe. It is actually an old factory, converted to become a very nice looking restaurant!

During the event, we needed to stop at three pit stops in order for us to get the special Rilakkuma plush toy and a Canon T-Shirt. 

This is the first pit stop. We are all required to take a photo at this huge backdrop and have the picture printed out. Sadly, i waited for my picture to be printed out up until the end of the event, i still did not get mine. :( But i do take the photo using my own camera so i think it's okay. 

Second pit stop is to take a photo with this 1 meter Rilakkuma bear. I am not a posing kind of person so this is the best shot that i could get. Thank you Nanie for taking the photo. Hehe. 

The third pit stop is to share the photos that we took using the given hashtag. To make it easier, i use the platform of Instagram and share it to my Facebook, Twitter and others! 

After all three stamps are complete, we have to redeem our secret prizes!

We did took a group photo and we are lucky to have it printed out instantly! I love the frame of the photo! Super kawaii!

The event is mainly to introduce the Canon EOS M10 and Rilakkuma. The EOS M10 is the newest addition to Canon's EOS M range of high performance mirrorless interchangeable-lens camera. It is compact and very easy to bring to anywhere you go. It is designed for perfect selfies, the Self Potrait mode features a one-touch beutification shortcut that offers a skin smoothing effect. It is also Wi-Fi build-able makes it easier to share to any of the social media platforms. Now you can get the camera and also Rilakkuma in a box set!

Together with the introduction of the EOS M10 Rilakkuma box set, Canon has also launched a ToyTravel photo challenge. All interested participants are required to incorporate a different contest themes into their photos and winner of each theme stands to win an EOS M10 kit (EF-M15-45mm) along with a 24cm Rilakkuma plush toy! 2. Take a picture according to the theme using your favorite toy with the hashtags #EOSM10Rilakkuma and #toytravel, post them on your Facebook/Instagram profile

3. Remember to set your profile/post to public

4. There will be a total of three themes for this contect and you will have once month to capture the perfect ToyTravel photo for each theme

The first theme was announced on 6th June and the first winner will be revealed at the end of the month.
