Hello everybody. How are you all doing? Have you take your breakfast today? I know i sounded like a teacher, asking the students to have their breakfast. Haha. Well, i know breakfast is the most important meal of the day but do you ever know why?
I usually eat my breakfast everyday and i would not dare to skip it. Breakfast is the first meal of the day after nearly about 8-12 hours from my last meal last night, and i would need breakfast to make my brain works each day. By having a healthy menu in your breakfast such as a glass of milk, it provides the nourishment that my body needs in the morning to regulate itself.
I was being told that Malaysians are not getting enough calcium from our daily food intake. Well, i do believe it is true though. We seldom drink milk every morning as we do have other drinks that are much sweeter and favorable such as teh tarik, milo and all. Although all of that have milk inside it and some claimed to have calcium as well, it is best to just drink pure milk without other substance, right?
