BOTD :Essence XXXL Longlasting Lipgloss Review

Hello friends! Just another post in October! It's on this one lip gloss that i have been using for a while now. I am not a big fan of lip glosses but i just purchased this out of the blue via Watson's online and tested it out for sometime.

If you are not a fan of lip glosses like me, you would probably not going to like this one too. At first i like the pigmentation of it as although it is a lip gloss but still it looks super pigmented. The consistency of this lip gloss is not sticky but quite tacky. Haha. I don't know how to describe the consistency as it is not a gloss consistency. I always afraid of some sticky lip glosses but this one is not just sticky but it's tacky! Haha.

As per what it claims on the tube, it is a longlasting silky lip cream for a soft matt finish. Well, sounds quite right except for the silky lip cream part. The finishing is more on glossy cream and quite liquidy. I am not sure if mine is ruined or not.



It has a normal doe foot applicator and the applicator size is very easy to apply with my small and thin lips. The product also is quite opaque and pigmented so i think to have it shown on my lips requires less effort. The gloss did last a bit longer on the lips. With the usual lip gloss problem, this one is also not an exemption. My hair sticks on the lips like magnet! This is actually the true reason why i hate lip glosses at the first place.



I have in the shade 05 Velvet Rose. Well, as you an see from the swatch above, the gloss is a bit opaque compared to the original gloss.
