Assalamualaikum wbt and Happy Day all! It is Monday i know but let me share with you a review on this blusher by Benefit. I know Benefit makes the best brow items but their other makeup products are also not that bad. I love their Coralista Blusher and Dandelion as well. So, i bought this Galifornia (travel size) at Sephora in Genting Highland last year with the same thought that i will be liking this as well.
Benefit is always known for their cool and quirky packaging. This blusher does not missing the plane as well. I love Benefit blushers because of the square shape. I love square shape.
All Benefit single blushers comes together with a cute brush. I have not been using the brush because i do not want to ruin it. Hehe. So i just use my normal blusher blush to apply the blusher. It also has a mirror for an easy application. Some long-sighted person like me can make use of the mirror.
This is a coral shade blusher. I mean, a pinkish coral blusher color. I love it cause it not coral (which is not my blusher shade) and it is not too pink. It may look like a peach shade to be exact.
The before and after application. Can you see the strike of the blusher on my cheek on the second place. I know the color is not that bright on my cheek but it has quite a peach tone.
So here it goes, a swatch on the skin. It is not that bright coral. What i love love love about Benefit blushers is that, it is not powdery at all! It is a matte blusher with just a specks of glitter.
Once the blusher is being blended, this is how the color would look like. When it is not powdery, it is super easy to blend. With my skin tone, it may not appear as bright as the other pink colored blusher.
Well, to me Benefit blushers has different tones and quirky packaging. Some of their blushers can even be highlighter like Rockateur. Dallas is a pretty bronzer and Dallas is such a soft pink blusher which is super nice to put on the nose for an extra flushed look. :)
I am eyeing on few other blushers by Benefits. Let see if i can get some this year. :D
